UAE Tour, 4th stage: another great sprint for Milan!

Fans animate the final part of the race

Jonathan Milan (Lidl Trek) wins the fourth stage of the UAE Tour from Fujairah Qidfa Beach to Umm al Quwain (181km).

With 15 km to go, the race comes to life with the desert fans splitting the group into two groups. Many of the top-ranked riders remain behind, such as Onley, Van Eetvelt, Bilbao, Romeo and Castrillo, but after a great chase, they all manage to get back to -3km.

Jayco Alula try to set up the final sprint for Groenewegen, but in the last 200 meters Milan comes out with perfect timing once again, finding the double in this UAE Tour. Behind the Italian are Merlier and Philipsen .
