RULES OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION CALLED

“Fantacycling”

Pursuant to Presidential Decree n. 430 of 2001 REF. GMFC 806/22 1.



  1. Object


This prize competition is called “Fantacycling” (hereinafter, the "Competition") and is aimed at increasing the number of participants on the Fantacycling gaming platform owned by the organizing Company.

The Contest is subject to the terms of this Regulation (hereinafter the “Regulation”). Participation in the Contest implies for the Participants (as defined below) the unconditional acceptance of the provisions contained in this Regulation.

The Competition is promoted by the COMPANY: Fantacycling srl VAT NUMBER: 02357540505 ADDRESS: Via Toscoromagnola 241/F - 56025 Pontedera (hereinafter, the "Promoter" ). The Promoter, for the purposes of article 5, second paragraph, of the Presidential Decree of 26 October 2001, n. 430, delegates the obligations relating to the Competition to Promo360 srls with registered office in Milan – via Copernico n. 57 VAT and Tax Code 10916550964 (hereinafter the "Delegated Entity").  


  1. Scope and duration

The Competition is valid on the territory of Italy and San Marino. The Competition will last from 2 February 2025 to 19 October 2025, with prizes awarded based on the ranking by 19 December 2025.


  1. Publicity of the Competition and the Rules

The Competition and the Rules will be published on the website http://fanta-cycling.com /regolamento

Any changes that may be made to this Regulation during the course of the Competition will be communicated in advance to participants using the same communication methods used for this Regulation, regardless of the form in which such change was expressed and/or communicated, including through publication of the modified Regulation on the Site.

The Promoter reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend or cancel the Competition, at any time, for reasons of force majeure, which make it impossible to continue the initiative in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation; even in this case, notice will be given, with the same communication methods reserved for this Regulation.


  1. Participants

The Competition is open to all registered users and those who register during the period of the Fantacycling gaming platform competition. Participants may be over 18 years of age on the date of participation in the Competition, in possession of a valid/active email address. Employees and collaborators of the Promoter and of other companies involved in the implementation of the initiative are excluded from participation in the Competition. Individuals who, according to the Promoter's unquestionable judgment, do not meet the requirements set out in this paragraph 4 will be automatically excluded from the Competition. Any attempt at fraud and inaccurate or untrue declaration will result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant. In this case, the Promoter reserves the right to proceed to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the system designed and the methods of carrying out the Competition.


  1. General information How to participate in the Competition

Participation in the contest is free and will concern all those registered on the Fantacycling app and who, by playing, will consequently receive scores based on the skill that the game mechanics require to obtain them. Below are the instructions on the mechanics:


How to get the points that contribute to the final ranking

  • With a budget of 500 fantamillions automatically assigned to the user when registering their team. It will be possible to participate in the championship with a roster of 30 riders (at least 3 under 25 ).
  • You will compete in all the 2023 UCI World Tour competitions, plus the European Championships, World Championships and Olympics .
  • For each race, you will need to field 9 riders . The more riders finish in the top positions, the more points your team will get.
  • For more information on the calculation of points, you can check the score table.
  • Your team must be lined up at least 15 minutes before the start of the match.
  • For each day of racing it will be possible to select the captain of the day .
  • Before each stage race, it will be possible to decide the captain of each classification: general, climbers, points and young riders. After the start of the stage race, the choices made cannot be changed.
  • If two or more teams have the same score in the ranking, the better position will be awarded to the player who fielded his team first (time of insertion).
  • There will be 15 trades available when you create your team. For every event you participate in, 1 free trade will be available, and in addition, for every 6 events you participate in, an additional 3 bonus trades will be available.
  • It will be possible to exchange runners only outside of competitions . If a runner is running a competition he cannot be sold or bought.
  • At the end of each race (with a dedicated TOP & FLOP section) Fantacycling will judge the riders deserving of capital gains and losses. The ratings will range from +10 (for the top) to -10 (for the flops). In addition, the Fantacycling editorial team will evaluate a possible capital loss if a rider does not show up for competitions for more than 3 months.
  • It will be possible to obtain extra fantamillions (points) through capital gains in the purchase and sale of riders.
  • Players who register during the contest will be able to compete for individual seasonal trophies.
  • Any disqualification (for any reason) of a runner will NOT result in the loss of his previously acquired points.

Through a mirroring system, the Fantacycling Company will transmit the list of participants to the Promo360 Company, delegated for bureaucratic activities. A specific declaration of truthfulness will be issued to be presented to the official delegated by the Milan Chamber of Commerce or to the Notary.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility in the event of lost registrations, actions received after the deadline established by the Regulations or accompanied by inaccurate data or false, inaccurate or non-existent declarations and/or data entered by Participants during the actions described. Furthermore, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for failure to deliver communications relating to the Competition, depending on the fact that not all customers have released the release for the sending of commercial information. Where it is possible to send information, the Promoter assumes no responsibility in the event that the email box connected to the email address indicated by the Participant is full, no longer active or the emails are not received in time, as they have ended up in spam or the email indicated during registration is included in a black-list, or in any case is not received for reasons not attributable to the Promoter.


6. Winning mode based on final ranking

Customers registered in the app will participate in the competition in the manner described in the previous paragraph, creating a score ranking at the end of the entire period that will determine the assignment of prizes.

After the assignment, in case of winning, for the purposes of validation, the promoting company will verify that the score has been correctly assigned in relation to the actions performed and that these have been successful. It is specified that each Participant (intended as a natural person) can win only one Prize even if they were to participate with different accounts.



7. Awards


The total prize pool is €4,200.00 including VAT.

The prizes up for grabs that make up the prize pool and which will be awarded based on the ranking are listed below:

1st Place: 1 Drali OASI Aluminum 6061 Bicycle worth 2,690.00 Euros

2nd place: 1 Apple iPhone 16 128 GB worth 860.00 euros

3rd Place:1 Palystation 5 worth 400.00 Euros

4th Place: 1 Gift Card worth 100.00 euros on the Fantacycling Shop

5th Place: 1 Gift Card worth 50.00 euros on the Fantacycling Shop

From 6th to 10th place: 1 Gift Card worth 20.00 euros on the Fantacycling Shop each


All prize values are expressed in Euro and include VAT


8. Method of acceptance and validation of winnings

The winning will be communicated directly to the participant by email and will invite the user to send by email to the address: [email protected] a copy of their valid identity document, complete personal data and a valid telephone number to contact them. The reply email of the winning participant must be sent within 20 days of the communication by the proposer of the winning itself. It will be the responsibility of the competition secretariat to specify in response to the aforementioned email which documents and any additional data the winner must send.

If the winning Participant's response does not arrive within the 20 days provided for in this regulation, the Participant will automatically lose the right to the Prize won and will have nothing else to claim. The unassigned prize will be awarded to the next winner in ranking order after the tenth and so on.

It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are correct and active and functioning properly: otherwise the Prize cannot be awarded; above all, it is recommended to enter an active mobile number where you can be contacted in the event of a win.

Participants who, according to the sole discretion of the Promoter or third parties appointed by the same, are found to be winners with means and instruments deemed fraudulent or in violation of the normal course of the initiative, will not be able to enjoy the Prize won in this way. The Promoter or third parties appointed by the same, reserve the right to proceed, in the terms deemed most appropriate and in compliance with the laws in force, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the rules of the Competition.


9 The validity and correctness of the winnings has been verified

The Promoter will send the winner a notification of validation of the win by email. Together with the prize, the winner will also find a release receipt that must be returned by email duly signed. The Promoter assumes no responsibility in the event of non-delivery of the prizes due to the indication of incorrect addresses or personal data by the Participants or for errors attributable to the postal system. In the event of delivery by post or courier, any damage found must be contested immediately upon delivery. Before signing the delivery receipt, the recipient is advised to carefully check that the packaging does not show obvious signs of tampering or breakage. In these cases, the recipient may refuse the delivery by clearly indicating the reason on the delivery receipt, otherwise the classic manufacturer's guarantee will apply; to this end, it is recommended to keep the delivery note as no other documentation can be provided for guarantee purposes. The winners cannot request any compensation following damages that emerge after acceptance and/or deriving from the use of the Prize. The Prize is not transferable to third parties upon award.

As already specified, the winner cannot contest the Prize awarded, nor request the corresponding value in money or the change/replacement for any reason. However, the Promoter, in the event that it is unable to deliver the prize won due to impossibility arising for reasons not attributable to it, reserves the right to replace the expected prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. 10. Prize money and deposit.

The total prize money for this Competition is Euro 4,200.00 including VAT. Pursuant to art. 7 of Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001, a deposit has been paid to cover the prizes up for grabs, equal to 100% of the estimated prize money. The deposit has been paid by way of a surety bond in favour of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy with a surety bond. After the prizes have been awarded, the Promoter will pay the relevant taxes.

11. Waiver of recourse

The Promoter waives any right to claim income tax from the winning Participants pursuant to art. 30 of Presidential Decree no. 600 of 29 September 1973. 13.

Any unclaimed or unassigned, unvalidated Prizes, other than those refused, will be donated to charity to the Onlus Fondazione Michele Scarponi ETS cf. 93154670421 / rep. 21140/12016 reg. in Ancona 14 May 2018 at no. 3386/1T Via San Marino 15/A Filottrano - Ancona – Italy

12. Guarantees and obligations

This Prize Competition is conducted in compliance with the Presidential Decree of 26 October 2001, no. 430, according to the instructions in Circular 28 March no. 1/AMTC of the Ministry of Economic Development and all the FAQs published on the website of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy. In particular, the data relating to participation in the Competition will be mirrored and will reside after each periodic transfer and for the entire duration of the event on servers located in Italy.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for access problems, impediments, malfunctions or difficulties regarding technical tools, computers, cables, electronics, software and hardware, transmission and connection, telephone line, Internet connection that may prevent a Participant from participating in the Competition.

For the purposes of certifying the winnings, the Official delegated by the Guardian of the Public Faith of the Milan Chamber of Commerce or the Notary will be provided with the list of IDs assigned (participant code or Nickname) by the system in addition to the email address and personal details of the winners.

15. Processing of personal data

The personal data of the Participants are treated according to the privacy Policy reported on the site. In particular, the Participants will be able to view the information regarding the protection of personal data at the following link https://fanta-cycling.com/privacy-policy .


16.Disputes and applicable law

The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against any Participant who, by not respecting these Regulations, has engaged in fraudulent or attempted fraud or who in any way threatens the regular conduct of the Competition. These Regulations are subject to Italian law. For any dispute relating to this Competition (and related Regulations) the court of the registered office of the Promoter will have jurisdiction.
