COMPLETE RULES OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION

“Fantacycling / Bike-room – Tour de France”

Pursuant to Presidential Decree n. 430 of 2001 REF. GMFC 806/22 1

1. Object

This prize competition called “Fantacycling / Bike-Room – Tour de France” and (hereinafter,

the "Competition") is aimed at promoting the Bike-Room brand

The Competition is subject to the terms of these rules (hereinafter the “Rules”). The

Participation in the Competition implies that Participants (as defined below) accept

unconditional compliance with the provisions contained in this Regulation.

The Promoter, for the purposes of article 5, second paragraph, of the Presidential Decree of 26 October 2001, n. 430, delegates

in the fulfillment of the obligations relating to the Promo360 srls Competition with headquarters in Milan – via Copernico n. 57 (of

2. Scope of application and duration

3. Publicity of the Competition and the Rules

4. Participants

The Competition is open to all registered participants and those who register during the Competition period.

5. General information How to participate in the Competition

Participation in the competition is free and will concern all those registered on the Fantacycling app and who,

by playing, they will consequently receive scores in reference to the specific competition in question

How to get the points that contribute to the final ranking

• With a budget of 250 million francs, for the race, Tour de France automatically awarded

to the user during the registration phase of their team. It will be possible to participate with a

FRANCE

• Only the men's TOUR DE FRANCE race will be held.

• For the race it will be necessary to line up the 9 runners in a team . More runners are needed

The higher they rank, the more points their team will get.

• For more information on the calculation of points, you can check the table

scores.

• Your team must be lined up at least 15 minutes before the start of the match.

• For each day of racing it will be possible to select the captain of the day .

• Before each stage race it will be possible to decide the captain of each classification: general, climbers, points and young riders. After the start of the stage race, the choices made cannot be changed.

  If two or more teams have the same score in the ranking, the best position will be

assigned to the player who first fielded his team (insertion time).

• Any disqualification (for any reason) of a runner will NOT result in the loss

of his previously acquired points.

Through a mirroring system, the Fantacycling Company will transmit to the Promo360 Company,

delegate for bureaucratic activities, the list of participants. A specific declaration will be issued

of truthfulness to be presented to the official delegated by the Chamber of Commerce of Milan or to the Notary.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost registrations, actions received later than

the deadline established by the Regulation or accompanied by inaccurate data or false, inaccurate declarations and/or data

or non-existent ones entered by the Participants during the actions described. Furthermore, the Promoter does not assume

any liability for failure to deliver communications relating to the Competition, as a function

of the fact that not all customers have released the release for the sending of commercial information.

Where possible, the promoter does not assume any responsibility for sending information.

6. Winning mode based on final ranking

Participants registered in the app will participate in the competition in the manner described in the paragraph

7. Awards

The total prize pool is 6308.00 euros including VAT.

The prizes up for grabs that make up the prize pool and which will be assigned based on the ranking

are listed below:

1st Place: 1 Tudor Pro Cycling team bike, size 54, BK2792 worth €5,990.00

2nd place: 1 Abus Airbreaker helmet worth 209.00 euros

3rd place: 1 Abus Stormchaser helmet worth 109.00 euros

All prize values are expressed in Euro and include VAT

8. Method of acceptance and validation of winnings

The winner will be communicated directly to the participant via email and will invite the user to send

by email to the address: [email protected] copy of your identity document in

validity period, complete personal data and a valid telephone number to contact him.

The winning participant's reply email must be sent within 20 days of notification

by the proposer of the win itself. The competition secretariat will be responsible for specifying

regulation, the Participant will automatically lose the right to the Prize won and will no longer have

nothing else to claim. The unassigned prize will be awarded to the next winner in order

The prizes up for grabs are delivered to the entitled parties within six months of the conclusion of the competition.

9 The validity and correctness of the winnings has been verified

10. Prize money and deposit.

The total prize money for the Competition is Euro 6308.00 including VAT. Pursuant to art. 7 of the Presidential Decree

n. 430 of 26 October 2001, The security is provided by means of an insurance guarantee to cover

of the prizes up for grabs, equal to 100% of the estimated prize pool. The Promoter after the awarding of the prizes

will pay the relevant taxes.

11. Waiver of recourse

The Promoter waives any right to claim income tax from the winning Participants pursuant to art.

12. Guarantees and obligations

This prize competition will be held in compliance with the Presidential Decree of 26 October 2001, n. 430, according to

the instructions referred to in Circular 28 March n. 1/AMTC of the Ministry of Economic Development and

all the FAQs published on the website of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy. In particular the

data relating to participation in the Competition will be mirrored and will reside after each

periodic transfer for the entire duration of the event to servers located in Italy.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for access problems, impediments,

malfunction or difficulty regarding technical equipment, computer, cables, electronics, software and

the hardware, the transmission and connection, the telephone line, the Internet connection that

may prevent a Participant from participating in the Competition.

For the purposes of certifying winnings, the Official delegated by the Guardian of Public Faith will be provided

of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan or to the Notary the list of IDs assigned (participant code or Nick name) by the

system in addition to the email address and personal data of the winners

16.Disputes and applicable law

The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against any Participant who,

by not respecting this Regulation, has engaged in fraudulent or attempted fraudulent behaviour or

which in any way threatens the regular running of the Competition. This Regulation is subject

to Italian law. For any dispute relating to this Competition (and related

Regulation) the court of the registered office of the Promoter will be competent.
