The Briton: "Doing two grand tours wouldn't be bad"

Tom Pidcock is ready for the new season and is excited for the adventure in his new team.

The transfer of the British rider from Team Ineos to Q 36.5 has caused a lot of noise in the cycling market and there is a lot of curiosity about his performance, also from a Fantacycling perspective.

But what is Tom Pidcock 's seasonal program? The British rider himself told Het Nieuwsblad : "The race organizers want to have the best riders at the start of their races. I'll start at the AlUla Tour (January 28 - February 1) and then I'll go to the Vuelta a Andalucia (which starts on February 19 - ed.)". Pidcock should then ride on the cobbles, with the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad (March 1) and the Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne (March 2, his presence still to be confirmed).

Then, the British rider’s calendar will include Strade Bianche (March 8), Tirreno-Adriatico (March 10-16) and Milano-Sanremo (March 22), but it is likely that he will also be able to participate in the Ardennes : “Winning a major one-day classic remains my biggest goal at the moment. For my growth as a rider, it would not be bad to do two three-week stage races in one season. Then, in 2026 I want to be back at the Tour de France”.

Take note, it is very important for building your teams at Fantacycling .
