NAMED PRIZE COMPETITION RULES

“Fantasycycling”

Pursuant to Presidential Decree n. 430 of 2001 REF. GMFC 806/22 1.

1. Object

This prize competition is called "Fantacycling" (hereinafter, the "Competition") and is aimed at increasing the number of participants on the Fantacycling gaming platform owned by the organizing company.

The Competition is subject to the terms of these regulations (hereinafter the “Regulations”). Participation in the Competition entails for the Participants (as defined below) the unconditional acceptance of the provisions contained in these Regulations.

The Competition is promoted by the COMPANY: Fantacycling srl VAT NUMBER: 02357540505 ADDRESS: Via Toscoromagnola 241/F - 56025 Pontedera (hereinafter, the "Promoter" ). The Promoter, for the purposes of article 5, second paragraph, of the Presidential Decree of 26 October 2001, n. 430, delegation in the obligations relating to the Promo360 srls Competition with headquarters in Milan – via Copernico n. 57 (hereinafter the "Delegated Party ").

2. Scope and duration

The Competition is valid on Italian territory and in S. Marino. Any winnings awarded to individuals not domiciled in this territory are not considered valid. The Competition will last overall from 15 January 2024 to 20 October 2024, with prizes awarded based on the ranking by 15 December 2024.

3. Publication of the Competition and the Regulations

The Competition and the Regulations will be published on the website http://fanta-cycling.com/regulation

Any changes that may be made to these Regulations during the course of the Competition will be communicated in advance to the participants using the same communication methods reserved for these Regulations, regardless of the form in which such modification was expressed and/or communicated, including through publication of the amended Regulation on the Site.

The Promoter reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend or cancel the Competition, at any time, due to causes of force majeure, which make it impossible to continue the initiative in compliance with the provisions of these Regulations; even in this case, notice will be given using the same communication methods reserved for this Regulation.

4. Participants

The Competition is intended for all registered members and those who register during the period of the Fantacycling gaming platform competition. Participants may only be people resident and/or domiciled in the Italian territory and San Marino over the age of 18 on the date of participation in the Competition, in possession of a valid/active e-mail address. Employees and collaborators of the Promoter and of other companies involved in the implementation of the initiative are excluded from participating in the Competition. Subjects who, according to the unquestionable judgment of the Promoter, do not satisfy the requirements set out in this paragraph 4 will be automatically excluded from the Competition. Any attempted fraud and inaccurate or untruthful declarations imply the immediate disqualification of the Participant. In this case, the Promoter reserves the right to proceed to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the system designed and the methods of carrying out the Competition.

5. General information How to participate in the Competition

Participation in the competition is free and will concern all those registered with the Fantacycling app who, by playing, will consequently receive scores based on the skill that the game mechanics require to obtain them. Below are the indications on the mechanics:

How are the points that contribute to forming the final ranking obtained?

• With a budget of 500 fantamillions automatically attributed to the user when registering their team. It will be possible to participate in the championship with a squad of 30 runners (at least 3 under 25 ).
• You will compete in all the 2023 UCI World Tour competitions, plus the European, World Championships and Olympics .
• For each race it will be necessary to line up 9 runners . The more runners finish in the top positions, the more points their team will get.
• For more information on the calculation of points, you can check the score table.
• Your team must be lined up at least 15 minutes before the start of the race.
• For each day of racing it will be possible to select the captain of the day .
• Before each stage race it will be possible to decide the captain of each classification: general, climbers, points and youth. After the start of the stage race, the choices made cannot be changed.
• If two or more teams have the same score in the standings, the best position will be assigned to the player who fielded his team first (insertion time).
• There will be 15 exchanges available when the team is created. For each event in which you participate, 1 free exchange will be available, and in addition for every 6 events in which you participate, a further 3 bonus exchanges will be available
• It will be possible to exchange riders only outside of competitions . If a runner is competing in a competition he cannot be sold or purchased.
• Fantacycling will judge at the end of each race (with a dedicated TOP & FLOP section) the riders deserving of capital gains and losses. Ratings will range from +10 (for tops) to -10 (for flops). Furthermore, the Fantacycling editorial team will evaluate a possible capital loss if a rider does not show up for competitions for more than 3 months.
• It will be possible to obtain extra millions (points) through capital gains in the purchase and sale of runners.
• Players who register during the competition will be able to compete in individual seasonal trophies.
• Any disqualification (for any reason) of a runner will NOT result in the loss of his previously acquired points.

Through a mirroring system, the Fantacycling Company will transmit the list of participants to the Promo360 Company, delegated for bureaucratic activities. A specific declaration of truth will be issued to be presented to the official delegated by the Milan Chamber of Commerce or to the Notary.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility in the event of lost registrations, actions received after the deadline established by the Regulations or accompanied by inaccurate data or false, inaccurate or non-existent declarations and/or data entered by Participants during the actions described. Furthermore, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for failure to deliver communications relating to the Competition, due to the fact that not all customers have given permission to send commercial information. Where possible, however, sending information, the promoter assumes no responsibility if the e-mail box connected to the e-mail address indicated by the Participant is full, no longer active or the e-mails are not received on time, as they end up in the spam or the e-mail indicated during registration is included in a blacklist, or in any case is not received for reasons not attributable to the Promoter.

6. Winning method based on final ranking

Customers registered in the app will participate in the competition in the manner described in the previous paragraph, creating a score ranking at the end of the entire period which will determine the awarding of prizes.

After the award, in the event of a win, for validation purposes, the promoting company will verify that the score has been correctly assigned in relation to the actions carried out and that they were successful. It should be noted that each Participant (intended as a natural person) will only be able to win one Prize even if they participate with different accounts.

7. Rewards

The total prize money is 4,200.00 euros including VAT.

The prizes up for grabs that make up the prize pool and which will be awarded based on the ranking are listed below:

1st place: 1 Drali OASI Aluminum 6061 bicycle worth 2,690.00 euros

2 Ranked: 1 Iphone 15 Apple 128 GB worth 900.00 euros

3 Ranked: 1 Palystation 5 worth 400.00 euros

4 Ranked: 1 Fantacycling sweatshirt worth 60.00 euros each

5th place: 1 shirt + 1 Fantacycling cap worth a total of 50.00 euros

From 6th to 10th place: 1 kit including water bottle and fantasy cycling gadgets worth €20.00 each

All prize values ​​are expressed in euros and include VAT

8. Method of acceptance and validation of winnings

The win will be communicated directly to the participant by email and will invite the user to send a copy of their valid identity document, complete personal details and a valid telephone number via email to the address: [email protected] to contact him. The reply email from the winning participant must be sent within 20 days of notification of the win by the proposer. It will be the responsibility of the competition secretariat to specify in response to the aforementioned e-mail which documents and any additional data the winner must send.

If the response from the winning Participant does not arrive within the 20 days provided for in these regulations, the Participant will automatically lose the right to the Prize won and will no longer have anything else to claim. The unawarded prize will be awarded to the next winner in ranking order.

It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are correct and active and functioning correctly: otherwise the Prize cannot be awarded; above all, it is recommended to enter an active mobile number where you can be contacted in the event of a win.

Participants who, according to the unquestionable judgment of the Promoter or third parties appointed by it, are winners using means and instruments deemed fraudulent or in violation of the normal conduct of the initiative, will not be able to enjoy the Prize won in this way. The Promoter or third parties appointed by it reserve the right to proceed, in the terms deemed most appropriate and in compliance with current laws, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the rules of the Competition.

9 The validity and correctness of the win has been verified

the Promoter will send the winner a communication confirming the win by e-mail. Together with the prize, the winner will also find a release receipt which must be sent back by e-mail, duly signed. The Promoter assumes no responsibility in the event of non-delivery of prizes due to the indication of incorrect addresses or personal data by Participants or due to problems attributable to the postal system. In case of delivery by post or courier, any damage found must be reported immediately upon delivery. The recipient is advised, before signing the delivery receipt, to carefully check that the package does not show obvious signs of tampering or breakage. In these cases, the recipient may reject the delivery by clearly indicating the reason on the delivery receipt, otherwise the classic manufacturer's guarantee will prevail; for this purpose it is recommended to keep the delivery note as no other documentation can be provided for warranty purposes. The winners cannot request any compensation following damages arising after acceptance and/or resulting from the use of the Prize. The Prize is not transferable to third parties upon award.

As already specified, the winner will not be able to contest the Prize awarded, nor request the corresponding value in money or exchange/replacement for any reason. However, in the event that the Promoter is unable to deliver the prize won due to impossibility for reasons not attributable to it, it reserves the right to replace the prizes provided with prizes of equal or greater value. 10. Prize money and deposit.

The total prize money of this Competition is equal to Euro 4,200.00 including VAT. Pursuant to art. 7 of Presidential Decree n. 430 of 26 October 2001, a deposit was paid to cover the prizes up for grabs, equal to 100% of the estimated prize money. The deposit was paid by means of a surety in favor of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy with a deed of surety. After the prizes have been awarded, the Promoter will pay the relevant taxes

11. Waiver of recourse

The Promoter waives any right to claim income tax from the winning Participants pursuant to art. 30 of the Presidential Decree of 29 September 1973, n. 600. 13. 12. Guarantees and obligations

This prize competition takes place in compliance with the Presidential Decree of 26 October 2001, n. 430, according to the instructions set out in Circular 28 March n. 1/AMTC of the Ministry of Economic Development and all the FAQs published on the website of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy. In particular, the data relating to participation in the Competition will be mirrored and will reside after each periodic transfer and for the entire duration of the event on servers located in Italy.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for access problems, impediments, dysfunctions or difficulties relating to the technical tools, computer, cables, electronics, software and hardware, transmission and connection, telephone line, Internet connection that may prevent a Participant from participating in the Competition.

For the purposes of certification of the winnings, the list of IDs assigned (participant code or Nick name) by the system will be provided to the Official delegated by the Guardian of Public Faith of the Milan Chamber of Commerce or to the Notary, as well as the email address and personal details of the winners.

15. Processing of personal data

The personal data of the Participants are processed according to the privacy policy reported on the site. In particular, Participants will be able to read the information on the protection of personal data at the following link https://fanta-cycling.com/privacy-policy .

16. Disputes and applicable law

The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against any Participant who, by not complying with these Regulations, has committed fraud or attempted fraud or who in any case threatens the regular running of the Competition. This Regulation is subject to Italian law. For any dispute relating to this Competition (and related Regulations), the court of the registered office of the Promoter will be competent.
