Olav Kooij won the Clasica de Almeria, a 192km Spanish race held today, 11 February, finishing in Roquetas de Mar.

The Team Visma sprinter took advantage of the great team work during the last kilometres, in particular from Wout Van Aert.

On the final podium, in the sprint, two Italians: Matteo Moschetti of Q36.5 , second, and Matteo Trentin of Tudor , third. Only fourth was Arnaud De Lie (Lotto). Ruinous fall a few meters from the finish line: a couple of runners reached the finish line on foot.
