Tobias Andresen (Team Picnic PostNL) has won the Surf Coast Classic , an Australian 157km race for sprinters.

The race ended, as expected, with a bunch sprint, in which Andresen managed to overtake Welsford who, at the recent Tour Down Under, had seemed unbeatable in fast finishes. Teutenberg placed third, confirming the good feeling he had given in the first outings of the season.
