Cofidis is leaving the WorldTour: Uno-X Mobility is poised to take its place.

News that is shaking up French cycling: while awaiting official confirmation, the final results of the 2025 season indicate that the historic Cofidis team will have to leave the WorldTour at the end of next year.
According to several sources, Uno-X Mobility will take nineteenth place in the UCI rankings, overtaking Cofidis and thus gaining access to the top category, occupying the slot vacated by the Arkéa-B&B Hotels team, which will close its doors at the end of the year.
Even though the licenses for the next three-year WorldTour period, 2026-2028, have yet to be officially published (applications closed on October 15), and the final UCI ranking will be announced next Tuesday, the fate now seems sealed.
