Mauro Schmid won the 41st edition of the Settimana Internazionale Coppi e Bartali. The Swiss rider won the final stage, 165.5 km from Cormons to Gemona del Friuli, ahead of Axel Laurance and Alan Hatherly. With this victory, the Jayco AlUla rider surpasses Laurance and takes the overall lead.

The top 10 is completed by Hatherly, Pesenti, Schiffer, Fabbro, August, Aleotti, Van der Lee and Ulissi.
