Axel Laurance, already winner in Barolo, also won the fourth stage of the Settimana Internazionale Coppi e Bartali, from Ponte di Piave to Valdobbiadene, 159 km.

The Ineos Grenadiers rider outsprinted Mauro Schmid (Team Jayco AlUla) and Riccardo Lorello (SC Padovani Polo Cherry Bank). The top six was completed by Nicolò Arrighetti (General Store - Essegibi - F.Lli Curia), Giovanni Bortoluzzi (General Store - Essegibi - F.Lli Curia), and Diego Ulissi (XDS Astana).

In the general classification, with one stage to go, Laurance leads Schmid by 2 seconds and Tommaso Dati by 10 seconds.
