Tobias Halland Johannessen wins the fourth stage of the Etoile des Besseges . The Norwegian talent of Uno-X Pro Cycling precedes Jay Vine ( Alpecin-Fenix ) and the Italian of Trek-Segafredo Antonio Tiberi .

Fourth and fifth place for the two Frenchmen Champoussin and Latour , while sixth is Diego Ulissi ( UAE Team Emirates ).

Two other Italians in the top ten: Alessandro Verre of Team Arkea Samsic and Alberto Bettiol ( EF ).

Johannessen 's is a name to note in the fantamanager's notebook, given that he is doing very well at the start of the season and, despite being a class of '99, he already proves to play with the big names. In 2021 he won the Tour de l'Avenir and at Fantacycling it costs a million: not bad as a low cost investment.
