Tadej Pogacar won the 13th edition of the Grand Prix de Montreal, the second Canadian World Tour race over a distance of 209.1 km. The Uae Emirates race is tough, as expected: the selection is made as the kilometers go by while, among many, De Lie, Bettiol, Girmay and Matthews retire.

Pogacar starts with 23 km to go and no one can keep up with the pace of the Slovenian who reaches the finish line alone, repeating the success obtained two years ago. Behind him, about thirty seconds away, is Pello Bilbao.

Third place, in a tight sprint, for Julian Alaphilippe ahead of Maxim Van Gils.
