Muhlberger and Foldager on the podium

Marc Hirschi (UAE Team Emirates) wins the GP of Peccioli-Coppa Sabatini, a 197.6km ProSeries race.

The race comes to life 36 km from the finish line with the attack of the big favorite of the day: Marc Hirschi . The Swiss rider remains alone in the lead with a margin of about 20" on the closest pursuers.

The group behind him fails to reach an agreement, so the UAE Team Emirates rider continues to gain seconds. During the last lap Hirschi maintains his advantage and triumphs alone in Peccioli.

For the Swiss rider this is the fourth consecutive victory , after the San Sebastian, the Bretagne Classic and the GP Industria & Artigianato.

A four-man sprint, with Foldager, Sbaragli, Muhlberger and Huens, decided the last two positions on the podium, with Muhlberger finishing 2nd and Foldager 3rd.
