The first Northern Classic has been run and the tops and flops of the Omloop Nieuwsblad arrive right on time.

The big surprise of the first cobbled race of the season was Van Dijke who finished in second place and therefore deserves a +3.

Vermeersch , De Gendt and Laporte also did well, taking home valuable points despite their low price: +2 for them.

Van der Poel , who has seen his price increase by a million, has met expectations, as have Andresen, Meeus, Renard and Turgis.

The two biggest disappointments (-2 for both) come from Pidcock and Philipsen .
Also out of the points, and with minus of -1, Groves, Brennan , Skujins, De Lie , Girmay, Kung and Wellens .
