Juan Pedro Lopez triumphs at the 2024 Tour of the Alps , ahead of O'Connor and Tiberi in the general classification, who have given excellent signs on the climb ahead of the Giro d'Italia. For the Spaniard from Lidl-Trek, the solitary victory on the third stage in Schwaz was decisive.

The last stage of the short race held between Italy and Austria was decided by a sprint of fifteen riders with Paret Peintre beating Tiberi and his brother Valentin and gaining two positions in the overall, finishing in fourth place.

Good responses also from Giulio Pellizzari who finished the race in eighth place.
