There are ten days to go until the Tour de France and the atmosphere is already heating up. In fact, from today you can already deploy your team for the Grande Boucle within the Fantacycling app and make changes in the “market and exchanges” section.

One of the biggest doubts that accompanies most of the fantamanagers is that concerning the captain of the Team Ineos Grenadiers : who will it be?  

The strong British team won both the Giro del Dauphiné and the Tour de Suisse , respectively with Richie Porte and Richard Carapaz , and prepared in the best way possible to challenge the two Slovenian favorites Tadej Pogacar (reigning champion) and Primoz Roglic .  

The designated captain of Team Ineos should be Geraint Thomas , and the characteristics of the course suit the Welshman, but at Dauphiné Porte he showed a much better condition and the Carapaz seen at the Tour de Suisse seems the only one able to ignite the race uphill.  

In addition there is also the young Tao Geoghegan Hart , winner of the 2020 Giro d'Italia , but relegated to the role of wingman.  

The quality is very high, but having too many contenders for the title could also turn into a weak point for Ineos ; Roglic and Pogacar will have the whole team at their service and will not need to do too many strategies.
