Another dominant performance on the climb. Vingegaard and Lipowitz on the podium
Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates) wins stage seven of the Critérium du Dauphiné from Grand-Algueblanche to Valmeinier 1800 (131.6km).
Bardet , the only survivor of a large breakaway that started on the Col de la Madeleine, attempts a solo feat, but is caught in the first kilometres of the final climb.
Sivakov's work favors Pogacar's attack 11 km from the finish line, with his opponents, like yesterday, immediately giving up. Behind the Slovenian, well distanced, Vingegaard chases, followed in turn by Lipowitz and, even further behind, by the Evenepoel - Johannessen duo.
Pogacar flies to the finish line and finds his third success in this Dauphiné. Vingegaard and Lipowitz complete the podium.
