Jonas Vingegaard has announced that he will race the next Paris-Nice , scheduled for March 8 with 8 stages.

The Dane was supposed to make his debut at the recently concluded UAE Tour, but a crash in training and a bout of flu forced the Team Visma rider to withdraw from the challenge against Del Toro.

The 1997-born rider will then race the Volta Catalunya as another short stage race in view of the Giro d'Italia, his big goal of the season.
