Group sprint in which the Frenchman precedes Meeus and Kogut
Paul Magnier wins the fourth stage of the Volta ao Algarve, from Albufeira to Lagos over 175 km.
A nine-man breakaway made up of second-place riders didn't scare the group, which easily closed the gap 20km from the finish.
The finale was a tight sprint, with the peloton arriving at the final kilometre led by Tudor.
The sprint was quite chaotic, with neither team able to form a solid lineup; Magnier got off to a flying start from the middle of the road, and no one was able to overtake him, with the Frenchman repeating his victory in the Portuguese race. Meeus and Kogut were the only podium finishers of the day.
Everything remains unchanged in the general classification, with Ayuso in the lead, ahead of tomorrow's final stage with the uphill finish in Malhao (2.9km at 8.9%).
