Good placement for Caruso

Roger Adrià won the first stage of the Vuelta Burgos, 204.7 km from Olmillos de Sasamón to Burgos. The Spaniard from Red Bull-Bora beat Frenchman Jordan Labrosse (Decathlon AG2R) and Afonso Eulalio (Bahrain Victorious) by 4 seconds.

At the final corner, Isaac Del Toro and Giulio Ciccone crashed, leaving room for Adrià to sprint to the finish, and he made no mistake.

Fifth place for Damiano Caruso , preceded by the Frenchman Léo Bisiaux, who came fourth.
