Milan Fretin (Cofidis) wins the third stage of the Vuelta Andalucia from Jaén to Lopera (180.9km).

There were four escapees today that the group easily controlled, with Alustiza being caught last with 11 km to go.

The final sprint, tortuous and slightly uphill, was led by Visma, but Fretin prevailed, ahead of Penhoet and Laporte . Buratti took 7th place.
Romeo remains the overall leader.
