Pascal Ackermann won the fourth stage of the Tour of Poland, from Lesko to Sanok of 179.4 km. The German sprinter of UAE Emirates beat Jordi Meeus (Bora hansgrohe) and Jonathan Milan still on the podium (Bahrain Victorious) in the sprint.

The fugitives of the day resumed at -3 from the finish line: Mads Wurtz Schmidt, Rui Oliveira and Anders Skaarseth (previously Kamil Malecki and Nans Peters were also filmed). It went worse for Zdenek Stybar (Quick Step Alpha Vinyl) whose attempt to conquer success died down at -200 meters.
