Olav Kooij won the fourth stage of the Tour of Poland, from Kudova-Zdroj to Prudnik of 195.3 km. First opportunity for the sprinters and the Dutchman of Visma took advantage of it, taking the victory ahead of Sam Bennett and Mads Pedersen.
