Davide Donati doubled his win at the Giro di Sardegna. The Italian rider from Red Bull Bora hansgrohe won the final stage of the race, 177 km from Nuoro to Olbia. This is his second stage win. In the final sprint, he beat Davide Persico of MBH Bank and Tilen Finkst of Solution Tech.

Filippo Zana of Soudal Quick Step took the overall victory, ahead of his teammate Gianmarco Garofoli, second at 46 seconds, and Alessandro Verre of MBH Bank, at 1'39".

Top 10 completed by Urko Berrade, Ibon Ruiz, Jan Michal Jackowiak, Davide De Cassan, Adrià Pericas, Max Bock, and Darren Van Bekkum.
