Grace Brown (Australia) becomes world time trial champion: the Dutch athlete completed the 29.9 km course in Zurich in 29'16", at an average speed of 45.7 km/h.

The head-to-head was with the Dutch Vollering , who, at the second split, was in the lead with a nine-second advantage over Brown. The Australian managed to recover in the last eight completely flat kilometers.

Dygert took third place, almost a minute behind Brown.

The best Italian is Vittoria Guazzini, 19th at 3'16".
