Big news coming to the next Giro d'Italia which will start on May 9th from Albania.

Red Bull will inaugurate a special intermediate finish line, called Red Bull Km , located approximately halfway through the 19 stages in a strategic point. In some stages it has also been positioned uphill.

This special sprint will award a 6-4-2 second bonus in the general classification and could push the big names to move even in transfer stages and far from the finish lines.

There will also be repercussions from a Fantacycling perspective, with special bonuses that will be awarded to the riders who win the Red Bull Km and that will be announced in the next few days.
