The latest news on the Milan-Sanremo

The Milan-Sanremo race, with a total distance of 298 km, will start tomorrow at 10:10 am from Pavia.

The teams have officially announced their final lineups, with some significant changes made in the last few hours.

Jonathan Milan will not be racing for Lidl-Trek, and his place has been surprisingly taken by Mads Pedersen, who is therefore returning to racing after his accident a month and a half ago.

Another rider who has withdrawn is Matthew Brennan of Team Visma Lease a Bike, due to the flu.

As for weather conditions, the forecast, which had predicted cold and rain at the beginning of the week, has improved.
Possibility of headwinds towards the end, with speeds likely to be around 15 km/h.
