Championship Prize Competition Rules

RULES OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION CALLED

“Fantacycling”

Pursuant to Presidential Decree n. 430 of 2001 REF. GMFC 806/22 1.



  1. Object


This prize competition is called “Fantacycling” (hereinafter, the "Competition") and is aimed at increasing the number of participants on the Fantacycling gaming platform owned by the organizing Company.

The Contest is subject to the terms of these rules (hereinafter the "Rules"). Participation in the Contest implies that Participants (as defined below) unconditionally accept the provisions of these Rules.

The Competition is promoted by the COMPANY: Fantacycling srl VAT NUMBER: 02357540505 ADDRESS: Via Toscoromagnola 241/F - 56025 Pontedera (hereinafter, the "Promoter" ). The Promoter, for the purposes of Article 5, second paragraph, of Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001, delegates the obligations relating to the Competition to Promo360 srls with registered office in Milan – Via Copernico no. 57 VAT and Tax Code 10916550964 (hereinafter the "Delegated Entity").  


  1. Scope and duration

The competition is valid in Italy and San Marino. The competition will run from January 20, 2026, to October 18, 2026, with prizes awarded based on the rankings by November 27, 2026.


  1. Publicity of the Competition and the Rules

The Competition and the Rules will be published on the website http://fanta-cycling.com /regolamento

Any changes that may be made to these Rules during the Competition will be communicated to participants in advance using the same communication methods used for these Rules, regardless of the form in which such changes are expressed and/or communicated, including by publishing the amended Rules on the Website.

The Promoter reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time due to force majeure that makes it impossible to continue the initiative in compliance with the provisions of these Regulations. In such cases, notice will be given using the same communication methods as those used in these Regulations.


  1. Participants

The Contest is open to all registered users and those who register during the Fantacycling gaming platform competition period. Participants must be over 18 years of age on the date of participation in the Contest and possess a valid/active email address. Employees and collaborators of the Promoter and of other companies involved in the initiative are excluded from participation in the Contest. Individuals who, in the Promoter's sole discretion, do not meet the requirements set forth in this paragraph 4 will be automatically excluded from the Contest. Any attempted fraud or inaccurate or untrue statements will result in the participant's immediate disqualification. In such cases, the Promoter reserves the right to restrict and prohibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the system and the procedures for conducting the Contest.


  1. General information How to participate in the competition

Participation in the contest is free and open to all Fantacycling app subscribers. By playing, they will receive points based on the skill required to earn them. Here are the details:


How to get the points that contribute to the final ranking

  • With a budget of 500 fantamillions automatically assigned to the user when registering their team. It will be possible to participate in the championship with a roster of 30 riders (at least 3 under 25 ).
  • You will compete in all the 2023 UCI World Tour competitions, plus the European Championships, World Championships and Olympics .
  • For each race, you will need to field 9 riders . The more riders finish in the top positions, the more points your team will earn.
  • For more information on how points are calculated, please check the scoreboard.
  • Your team must be lined up at least 15 minutes before the start of the match.
  • For each day of racing it will be possible to select the captain of the day .
  • Before each stage race, you can choose the leader for each classification: general, climbers, points, and young riders. Once the stage race begins, your choices cannot be changed.
  • If two or more teams have the same score in the standings, the higher position will be awarded to the player who fielded his team first (time of insertion).
  • There will be 15 trades available when you create your team. One free trade will be available for each event you participate in, and an additional three bonus trades will be available for every six events you participate in.
  • It will be possible to trade riders only outside of competitions . If a rider is competing in a competition, he or she cannot be sold or purchased.
  • At the end of each race (with a dedicated TOP & FLOP section), Fantacycling will judge which riders deserve a capital gain or loss. Ratings will range from +10 (for top performers) to -10 (for flops). Additionally, the Fantacycling editorial team will assess a potential capital loss if a rider misses competitions for more than three months.
  • It will be possible to obtain extra fantamillions (points) through capital gains in the purchase and sale of riders.
  • Players who register during the contest will be able to compete for individual seasonal trophies.
  • Any disqualification (for any reason) of a runner will NOT result in the loss of his previously acquired points.

Through a mirroring system, Fantacycling will send the list of participants to Promo360, which is responsible for administrative procedures. A specific declaration of authenticity will be issued to be presented to the official appointed by the Milan Chamber of Commerce or to a notary.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost registrations, entries received after the deadline established by the Regulations, or entries accompanied by inaccurate information, or false, inaccurate, or inexistent declarations and/or information entered by Participants during the described activities. Furthermore, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for non-delivery of communications relating to the Contest, due to the fact that not all customers have given their consent to receive commercial information. Where it is possible to send information, the Promoter assumes no responsibility if the email address associated with the email address provided by the Participant is full, no longer active, or if emails are not received in a timely manner due to being in spam, or if the email address provided during registration is blacklisted, or if the email is otherwise undeliverable for reasons not attributable to the Promoter.


6. Winning mode based on final ranking

Customers who register on the app will participate in the contest according to the methods described in the previous paragraph, creating a scoreboard at the end of the entire period that will determine the awarding of prizes.

After the prize has been awarded, in the event of a win, for validation purposes, the promoting company will verify that the points have been correctly assigned based on the actions taken and that these were successful. Please note that each Participant (defined as an individual) may win only one Prize, even if they participate with different accounts.



7. Awards


The total prize pool is €4,200.00 including VAT.
The prizes up for grabs that make up the prize pool and which will be awarded based on the ranking are listed below:

2nd place: 1 Apple iPhone 17 128 GB worth €860.00
3rd Place: 1 PlayStation 5 worth €400.00
4th Place: 1 Gift Card worth €100.00 on the Fantacycling Shop
5th Place: 1 Gift Card worth €50.00 on the Fantacycling Shop

From 6th to 10th place: 1 Gift Card worth €20.00 on the Fantacycling Shop each


All prize values are expressed in Euro and include VAT.


8. Methods of acceptance and validation of winnings

The winner will be notified directly to the participant via email, and the participant will be asked to send a copy of their valid ID, complete personal information, and a valid contact telephone number to [email protected] . The winning participant's reply email must be sent within 20 days of the proposer's notification of the win. The competition secretariat will specify in the reply to the aforementioned email which documents and any additional information the winner will be required to provide.

If the winning Participant does not receive a response within the 20 days set forth in these rules, the Participant will automatically forfeit the Prize and will have no further claim. The unassigned prize will be awarded to the next winner in ranking after the tenth, and so on.

It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided is correct, active, and functioning properly. Otherwise, the Prize cannot be awarded. In particular, it is recommended that a valid mobile number be entered so that the Participant can be contacted in the event of a win.

Participants who, in the sole discretion of the Promoter or third parties appointed by the Promoter, are declared winners using methods and instruments deemed fraudulent or in violation of the normal conduct of the initiative, will not be able to enjoy the Prize thus won. The Promoter or third parties appointed by the Promoter reserve the right to proceed, within the terms deemed most appropriate and in compliance with applicable laws, to limit and prohibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the rules of the Competition.


9 The validity and correctness of the winnings have been verified

The Promoter will send the winner a notification confirming their win via email. The prize will also include a signed receipt, which must be returned via email. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for prize delivery failure due to incorrect addresses or personal information provided by Participants, or for errors attributable to the postal system. In the event of delivery by post or courier, any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. Before signing the delivery receipt, the recipient is advised to carefully inspect the packaging for obvious signs of tampering or damage. In such cases, the recipient may refuse the delivery by clearly indicating the reason on the delivery receipt; otherwise, the standard manufacturer's warranty will apply. For this purpose, it is recommended that the delivery note be retained, as no other documentation can be provided for warranty purposes. Winners cannot claim compensation for damages discovered after acceptance and/or resulting from use of the Prize. The Prize is not transferable to third parties upon award.

As previously stated, the winner may not contest the prize awarded, nor request the corresponding cash value or an exchange/substitution for any reason. However, the Promoter, in the event that it is unable to deliver the prize due to circumstances beyond its control, reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. 10. Prize money and deposit.

The total prize pool for this Contest is €4,200.00, including VAT. Pursuant to Article 7 of Presidential Decree No. 430 of October 26, 2001, a deposit covering the prizes up for grabs, equal to 100% of the estimated prize pool, has been paid. The deposit has been paid by way of a surety bond in favor of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy with a deed of surety. The Promoter will pay the relevant taxes after the prizes have been awarded.

11. Waiver of recourse

The Promoter waives any right to claim income tax from the winning Participants pursuant to art. 30 of Presidential Decree no. 600 of 29 September 1973. 13.

Any unclaimed or unassigned, unvalidated Prizes, other than those refused, will be donated to the non-profit organization Fondazione Michele Scarponi ETS cf. 93154670421 / rep. 21140/12016 registered in Ancona on May 14, 2018 at no. 3386/1T Via San Marino 15/A Filottrano - Ancona – Italy

12. Guarantees and obligations

This competition is conducted in compliance with Presidential Decree no. 430 of October 26, 2001, and in accordance with the instructions set forth in Circular no. 1/AMTC of March 28, 2001, issued by the Ministry of Economic Development, and all FAQs published on the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy website. Specifically, the data relating to participation in the competition will be mirrored and will reside on servers located in Italy after each periodic transfer and for the entire duration of the event.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for access problems, impediments, malfunctions or difficulties regarding technical tools, computers, cables, electronics, software and hardware, transmission and connection, telephone lines, or Internet connections that may prevent a Participant from participating in the Competition.

For the purposes of certifying the winnings, the Official delegated by the Guardian of the Public Faith of the Milan Chamber of Commerce or the Notary will be provided with the list of IDs assigned (participant code or Nickname) by the system as well as the email address and personal details of the winners.

15. Processing of personal data

Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on the website. Specifically, Participants can view the privacy policy at the following link: https://fanta-cycling.com/privacy-policy .


16. Disputes and applicable law

The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against any Participant who, by failing to comply with these Rules, engages in fraud or attempted fraud, or otherwise threatens the proper conduct of the Contest. These Rules are governed by Italian law. Any disputes relating to this Contest (and its Rules) will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Promoter's registered office.
