Wout Van Aert wins the fourth stage of the Tour de France from Dunkirk to Calais, of 171.5 km. The Belgian places the decisive action on the final whetstone, ten kilometers from the conclusion; a real collective attack by Jumbo Visma , with the Belgian, who after the actions of Van Hooydonck and Benoot , goes away by himself.

All sprinters are in difficulty, first of all, Groenewegen , who comes off.  

Van Aert arrives alone after a true champion action and strengthens his leadership in the general classification.   Second place for Jasper Philipsen who regulates the group sprint and rejoices, not realizing however, that Van Aert has already reached the finish line.
