Amber Kraak of Fdj Suez won the second stage of the Tour de Suisse women, from Gstaad to Oberkirch, 161.7km.

The Dutchwoman was part of a long breakaway with other riders who were dropped on the final climb of the day.

Marta Lach (Sd Worx) and Elise Chabbey (Fdj Suez) placed behind her.

Marlen Reusser (Movistar), sixth at the finish, preceded Demi Vollering (Fdj Suez). The Swiss maintains a 4-second advantage over Vollering while Kasia Niewadoma, fifth today, recovers about thirty seconds. She is now third in the general classification at 1'21" from Reusser.
