Tour de Suisse: Narvaez wins the third stage
Meurisse defeated in the two-man sprint

Meurisse defeated in the two-man sprint
Jhonatan Narvaez won the third stage of the Tour de Suisse, 157.4 km long, starting and finishing in Bad Ragaz. The first part of the stage was quite interesting, with two categorized mountains: the classic breakaway launched from afar, but was unsuccessful.
With 113 km to go, Narvaez, Meurisse, and Kwiatkowski made a move, but the Pole soon gave up. A small group, including Tiberi, formed in pursuit of the first two, but the peloton, pulled along at high speed by the teams of the few sprinters present, caught them.
At this point, as a heavy storm hits the race and the easiest part of the route begins, Narvaez and Meurisse see their lead drop by over two minutes. However, the leading pair manages to reach the finish line and fight for the win: Narvaez beats his breakaway companion in the group, which comes very close to the two, held by Magnus Cort.
Tadej Pogacar retains his lead in the general classification.
