Puck Pieterse wins the fourth stage of the Women's Tour de France from Valkenburg to Liège , 122.7 km. The Dutch athlete precedes her compatriot Demi Vollering and the Polish Katarzyna Niewiadoma.  

Demi Vollering is the leader of the general classification with a 22” advantage over Pieterse and 34” over Niewiadoma.
