Karlijn Swinkels won the 27th edition of the Trofeo Binda in Cittiglio, in the province of Varese, a women's World Tour race over the distance of 146 km.

The Dutchwoman from Uae beat Anna Van der Breggen from Sd Worx and Mie Bjorndal Ottestad from Uno X in the sprint.

After 44 seconds, the leading group arrived, led by Blanka Vas, ahead of Letizia Borghesi and Marianne Vos.
