There is a lot of Italy at the finish of the third stage of the women's UAE Tour.

Elisa Longo Borghini won on the uphill finish line of Jebel Hafeet, after 152 km, ahead of her teammate Silvia Persico and Kimberley Pienaar Le Court, both on the podium together with the Italian champion in the general classification.

Monica Trinca Colonel also did well, fourth, and Barbara Malcotti, fifth.

Tomorrow the race concludes with the last stage, almost certainly with a sprint finish. Longo Borghini has an advantage of over 2' on Persico and Le Court.
