Lidl Trek immediately protagonist at the Volta Valenciana, a stage race that started today, February 5, with a 34 km team time trial.

The team led by Jonathan Milan won the race, stopping the clock at 39'19". Wearing the first leader's jersey of the general classification is his teammate, Mathias Vacek.

Also on the podium today were Team Jayco AlUla of Ben O'Connor, 46 seconds behind, and Uae Emirates of Joao Almeida, 50 seconds behind.

The race will end on Sunday in Valencia but first there will be two stages with uphill finishes.
