Kristen Faulkner wins the fourth stage of the women's Vuelta from Molina de Aragón to Zaragoza (142.3km).

The stage, which on paper was easy and suitable for fast wheels, was characterized by fans that broke up the group in the early stages of the race. Our Gaia Realini remained behind among the women in the rankings.

In the last five kilometers a surprise action by Faulkner ruined the sprinters' plans. The group was unable to catch up with the American who went on to triumph solo with a 10" margin. Baker and Vos placed on the podium of the day.
