Carapaz at Ef, Van Baarle and Kelderman at Jumbo Visma

A few hours from the Vuelta di Spagna, the cyclomarket goes crazy. Three riders will change teams in 2023 at the start of the Iberian race today . All movements that were already rumored in recent weeks but which were made official today.

So the timing is surprising, in particular for Richard Carapaz , one of the favorites to win the final, who signed for 2023 with the Ef Education Easy-Post . The reigning Olympic champion, 29, will therefore leave Ineos Grenadiers at the end of the season.

And then there is the double hit of the Jumbo Visma which will have in its roster (already very strong) the winner of the last Paris-Roubaix, Dylan Van Baarle (30 years old) and the Dutch Bora hansgrohe Wilco Kelderman (31 years old), man dedicated to stage races. They both signed a three-year contract.

And have you already lined up your line-up for the Vuelta? The start of the team time trial is approaching!
