Ivo Oliveira of Uae-XRG won the fourth and final stage of the Giro d'Abruzzo, 167 km from Corropoli to Isola del Gran Sasso (Sanctuary of San Gabriele). Oliveira beat Sjoerd Bax of Q36.5 in the final two-man sprint.

The best group was regulated, a dozen seconds behind the winner, by Giovanni Bortoluzzi.

German George Zimmermann of Intermarché won the overall standings ahead of David De La Cruz, 11 seconds behind, and Pablo Torres, 18 seconds behind.
