Demi Vollering won the ninth edition of the women's Amstel Gold Race, which started today in Maastricht and finished in Valkenburg for a total of 155.8 km.

The Dutch SD Worx athlete, who has already won Strade Bianche and Dwars door Vlandereen this season, reached the finish line alone.

A few seconds later came a group set up by her teammate, Lotte Kopecky . Rounding out the podium is Trek Segafredo's Shirin Van Anrooij .
