The Slovenian beats Lipowitz and Roglic
Tadej Pogacar won the fifth and final stage of the Tour de Romandie, 178.2 km from Lucens to Leysin. The Slovenian also took the overall classification.
The early breakaway resumed, with Fisher Black the last to give up. On the final climb, Florian Lipowitz was the first to move, followed by Pogacar. The German tried to get ahead, but the world champion clearly overtook him. Primoz Roglic finished third. Lipowitz and Lenny Martinez made it onto the final podium of the Swiss race.
