Another day in the rain

After yesterday's climbs and emotions in the Alps, the Giro-E is back in Italy. In fact, today we started from Stresa, on Lake Maggiore, to arrive in Cassano Magnago, after 54 kilometers and 250 meters in altitude. A nice walk along the lake passing through Arona and up to Sesto Calende, to then reach the Varese area up to Gallarate. Of course, still in the rain.

The Stresa – Cassano Magnago stage

Spectacular first part of the stage, like the city of departure, Stresa, in the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in Piedmont. Then the arrival in Lombardy to enjoy a well-deserved rest.

See you tomorrow for stage number 15, San Paolo d'Argon (LVF) – Bergamo.
