Laurenz Rex (Intermarchè-Wanty) wins Le Samyn , the 204 km Belgian classic, beating Antonio Morgado (UAE Team Emirates) in the photo finish.

The race was decided with a sprint between around thirty runners in which Rex managed to precede the Portuguese class of 2004 by a few millimetres, achieving his first victory among professionals. In third place goes Biermans (Arkea).

The big favorite of the race Arnaud De Lie retired with 25km to go after a fall.
