Michiel Mouris won the Junior Time Trial at the World Championships in Kigali, Rwanda . The Dutchman clocked a time of 29:07 over the 22.6km course, beating American Barry Ashlin by 6 seconds and Belgian Seff Van Kerchove by 8 seconds.

The first of the Italians was Roberto Capello , sixth at 28" from the winner, while Mattia Agostinacchio placed ninth at 50" behind Mouris.

Another success for the Netherlands at the World Championships in Kigali , after Megan Arens ' victory in the women's junior time trial.
