Paula Ostiz won the junior women's road race at the 2025 World Championships in Kigali, Rwanda. The Spaniard won the 74-kilometer course, outsprinting a small group. Italy's Chantal Pegolo took silver, while Switzerland's Anja Grossmann took bronze.

The other Italian, Giada Silo, finished in fifth place.
