Pogacar's first show at the Vuelta España

Tadej Pogacar wins the fourth stage of the Vuelta España, starting and finishing in Andorra la Vella (104.8 km).

Decathlon immediately set a very strong pace and closed in on the day's breakaway on the first descent.

Gall's team continues to push hard on the second climb, the Collada de Beixalis, but Pogacar takes the lead with 50 km to go.

The red jersey goes away almost immediately, after a brief response from Gall , and immediately gains over a minute on a small group of about twenty riders.

On the Coll d'Ordino Pogacar increased his lead to over 3 minutes, while from behind Onley and Gall tried to extend their lead, followed by Roglic, Mas and Kuss, but on the subsequent descent the situation closed down with 9 men together.

Behind Pogacar , a surprising Widar regulates the group of men in the general classification, ahead of Gall and Onley .
