Matteo Jorgenson (Movistar) won the third stage of the Tour of Oman with an uphill finish in Jabal Hatt after 151.8km.

The American rider preceded Mauri Vansevenant (Soudal Quick Step) and Geoffrey Bouchard (Ag2R) at the finish line.

Jorgenson is the new leader in the general standings. Yesterday's winner, Jesus Herrada, arrived about twenty seconds late.
