Einer Rubio wins the third stage of the UAE Tour from Umbrella Beach Al Fujairah to Jabel Jais of 185km.

The Colombian from Team Movistar surprises the favorites by sprinting 10 km from the finish and immediately gaining about thirty seconds, an advantage he manages to maintain until the finish line. Behind moves the Soudal Quick Step , with Remco Evenepoel who accelerates in the final and gains the second position, ahead of his direct opponent Adam Yates .  

Evenepoel is the new leader of the general classification thanks to the six seconds bonus.
