A legal protection service for all cyclists

Cycling safety is a priority for cycling enthusiasts, but today it has also become a problem. Something we can no longer ignore, given that accidents, often with tragic outcomes, are on the rise. Unfortunately, riding on the road always involves risks, but for those who ride a bike, the dangers have become decidedly too many .  

For this reason, having legal protection for cyclists becomes important; this is the mission of Zerosbatti , an association founded in 2017 that stands alongside cyclists.  

The main objectives are to defend cyclists in the event of a road accident, to ensure road safety and to promote the philosophy of sport . Thanks to the work and passion of the lawyer Federico Balconi, Zerosbatti, a non-profit association, has grown in recent years, guaranteeing legal assistance to cyclists who have been hit, protecting them from the first financial outlays with zero expenses.

Signing up to Zerosbatti is simple and involves a small annual contribution of 15 Euros, while for members of the Italian Cycling Federation, registration is automatic and free. All the details are on the Zerosbatti website.  

A service created for cyclists, which in addition to providing legal assistance, does not stop promoting the culture of road safety education, because prevention is always the most important thing.
