Mathieu Van der Poel will be one of the most coveted riders at Fantacycling again this season. The Alpecin champion Deceuninck , as expected, will have a busy calendar in the spring, in the classic season. According to reports from WielerFlits , Van der Poel , after the cyclo-cross world championship scheduled for 5 February in Hoogerheide , will return to road races on 4 March at the Strade Bianche and then again in Italy at the Tirreno-Adriatico and Milan -San Remo .

The Vdp calendar also includes the Tour of Flanders (April 2) and Paris-Roubaix (April 9), but not the Amstel Gold Race. The Dutchman will detach until the Tour of Switzerland , then preparing for the Tour de France .  

Van der Poel will start the Fantacycling season with a quote of 50 fantamillion and taking him immediately, in championship mode, could be a good idea, even if he won't race as far as the Strade Bianche.
