Domination by the Slovenian, with Landa and Bernal on the podium
Tadej Pogacar won the seventh and final stage of the 145km Volta a Catalunya, starting and finishing in Barcelona.
After an initial breakaway, with Georg Steinhauser last to give in, the fight was on for stage success on the Montjuic circuit. After an attempt by Pogacar on the penultimate lap, Stephen Williams tries 5 km from the finish line but the best in the general classification fall back on him.
Upon arrival there was a small group sprint: Pogacar won again, the fourth stage of the race, ahead of Dorian Godon and Guillaume Martin. In the final top 10 Antonio Tiberi, eighth, and Lorenzo Fortunato, tenth.
